Can you ship internationally?

No. We ship to the continental U.S. only.
If you need to have a purchase shipped outside of the U.S., you must make the arrangements after receiving the merchandise from Steelz at a U.S. address.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. We also accept personal checks and cash at our showroom store location.


What company will be listed on my billing statement?

Steelz is a subsidiary of Steel Supply, L.P. and charges will appear as "Steel Supply LP" on your credit card statement.

What carriers do you use to ship?

We use UPS, USPS, and freight services depending upon the order.

What are the restrictions on FREE SHIPPING?

What is your return policy?

If you would like to return purchased items, note that there is a minimum 15% restocking charge on all returned items and the customer pays for the return shipping costs.
All return items must be in new condition and in the original box.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days or without prior authorization.

What if I receive a damaged item?

If you receive a damaged item, let us know so we can make it right.
Just call us at 855-678-3359 and we can help you with your claim.
We handle all damage claims on a case by case basis. Be sure to have your invoice or packing slip on hand when you call and please save all original packing materials and all pieces of the damaged item.
