Do you have a store location?

Yes, we do! If you live in or plan on visiting the Houston area, you are more than welcome to swing by our showroom at: 10600 Telephone Road, Houston, TX 77075.

Our store hours are Monday - Friday from 9 AM - 4 PM.

Can you ship internationally?

No. We ship to the continental U.S. only. If you need to have a purchase shipped outside of the U.S., you must make the arrangements after receiving the merchandise from Steelz at a U.S. address.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. We also accept personal checks and cash at our showroom store location.

What company will be listed on my billing statement?

Steelz is a subsidiary of Steel Supply, L.P. and charges will appear as "Steel Supply LP" on your credit card statement.

What carriers do you use to ship?

We use UPS and freight services depending upon the order.

Why is this product not on sale? Do promotional discounts not apply to everything on the site?

Discounts and sale promotions are not elligble on the following lines: Michael Aram, Jan Barboglio, Match, and Vietri.

What are the restrictions on FREE SHIPPING?

FREE SHIPPING only applies to orders under 50lbs. and over $29.99 and all items are sent via UPS Ground. Upgrades in shipping such as Expedited, Next Day Air, or Second Day Air are not free unless stated as such in the sales promotion.

What is your return policy?

If you would like to return purchased items, there is a minimum 15% restocking charge on all returned items and the customer pays for the return shipping costs. All return items must be in new condition and in the original box. No returns will be accepted after 30 days or without prior authorization.

What if I receive a damaged item?

We handle all damage claims on a case by case basis, so if you receive a damaged product, please call us at 855-678-3359. Please be sure to have your invoice or packing slip on hand when you call.
